You will feel right at home. We have such a convenient location, just a mile off I-75. You can be almost anywhere in minutes. Easy travel to: -12 min ARK -31 min Creation Museum -27 min Airport -28 min Paycor Stadium/Downtown Cinci -31 min Newport Aquarium The space FOUR Bedrooms and two and a half baths in a ranch style format. Easily access with just 2 steps to the front door make it a great place for anyone with mobility concerns. 3 bedrooms (2 Kings and a bunk bed), 2 full baths, a living room, kitchen, and dining all on the first floor. On the lower level another bedroom (King bed), half bath, and huge expansive game room/media room (with sleeper sofa) is the perfect place to spend some quality time! Outdoors is a small front yard and a decent sized, fenced in back yard with chain link fence. On the other side of the fence is a small dock and a stocked fishing lake! Feel free to bring your poles and fish as much as you like! We have a propane grill but we do not provide the propane! Guest access You will have access to the entire home except for a couple closets used for owners' storage. Other things to note The backyard is fully fenced, but there is direct lake access. Please keep a close eye on little ones as you are responsible for the care of all in your party.
