The property has a little stream running through the woods and boasts views of both Sunday River Ski Resort and Golf Course. Outside, the house has a long farmer's porch and a large covered deck with eating and seating areas. Downstairs are a large 8 person hot tub, BBQ grill, and a stone fire pit. The main floor includes an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen; step into the hallway to two of the queen guest rooms and a full bath. Upstairs, a large king bedroom and bathroom are accompanied by a cozy loft with two twin beds and a reading nook. Downstairs, in the walk-out level, are the game room with pool table and 65" television, a third queen guest room, the kids' bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and television, and a large full bath with a double vanity. The house is perfect for families, and can accommodate three families very comfortably, each with their own private areas and bathrooms!
