Private guest suite at Penrose

This double room with en-suite and private entrance, is suitable for couples and single guests. There is a desk which can be used as a workspace, and French doors to the garden which make the room light and airy. Outside there is a screened patio space with table and chairs, and storage for walking and wet weather gear. Our bungalow Penrose has a modern, coastal feel which reflects our love of Cornwall, and is located in a quiet residential area just 10 minutes’ walk from St Agnes village. The space The room has a 5’ king size bed with white Egyptian cotton bedding and white towels. There is an open wardrobe with plenty of storage, and a dressing table which can easily be used as a desk. Complementary tea and coffee are provided along with a kettle, and there is a mini fridge with fresh milk and mineral water. The en-suite shower room has a walk-in power shower with rainfall option, heated towel rail, toilet and sink unit with cupboard, and illuminated mirror above. Complementary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided, and there is a small hair dryer. Guest access The room is accessed via its own entrance from the rear patio in our secluded garden which overlooks the nearby field. The interior door in the room is locked, and there are concertina blinds on the French doors which offer additional privacy. During your stay I will be available throughout your stay, and can be contacted by mobile phone or email. Other things to note We are a non-smoking household, and regret we cannot accept pets. We have an 18 month old Border Collie called Tilly who is friendly and curious. She does not have access to the guest suite but will be out in the shared garden at times, and may be keen to come and say “hello”! The room is therefore not suitable for people who are nervous around dogs.
