Located in a gated community of 12 villas with a shared pool. Each villa has a large private terrace for enjoying the beautiful weather - and grilling with friends and/or family. We hope that you find the space comfortable and feel at home here. You will have access to the entire villa and outside private patio area. There is a shared pool, but it is usually quiet as there are only 12 villas on the property. You also have 2 on-site parking spaces - clearly marked with the number "9". Paradise Island is absolutely charming and the location of this villa is perfect for any guest - close to Cabbage Beach, the Atlantis Casino, Marina Village shops and restaurants and the ferry boat to downtown Nassau. There are 2 on-site parking spaces for the villa. A vehicle is not necessary as the beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the villa, however renting a golf cart is handy or renting a car or bicycles for a day would be a great way to explore Nassau as well. Bicycles are available for rent on a daily basis (based on availability) Golf cart available for daily rental (based on availability) Taxis are nearby or just a phone call away.
