From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the stylish design and panoramic lake views that greet you through the large windows. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: With three spacious bedrooms on the second floor and three full bathrooms, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated and offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed bathrooms feature contemporary fixtures and amenities to ensure your comfort. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, coffee station, and a private balcony overlooking the lake, perfect for morning coffee, or bird watching in any weather. Lake Views: Prepare to be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake from nearly every corner of the house. The expansive windows flood the living spaces with natural light, creating an open and airy ambiance that perfectly complements the natural beauty outside. This house is a destination in itself with all the wildlife viewing, fishing spots, and places to swim and enjoy all that lakeside living has to offer. Fire up the blackstone grill for a delightful cookout or simply unwind with a glass of wine as you soak in the surroundings. Private Beach, Fire Pit, and Shared Dock: Descend the stairs to your beach, where relaxation and adventure await. Build a cozy lakeside bonfire in the fire pit as you share stories under the starry sky. Dip your toes in the water, swim, or simply bask in the sun—this is your personal paradise. If you like to fish, the lake in front of our house is known to be a favorite landing spot for both shore fishing and boat fishing. Come throw a line with us, take a kayak or SUP (stand-up paddle board) ride. Walk along the track path that runs the 300ft shore length to the neighboring shared dock where you have even more lakeside fun access. Feel free to tie off your boat to the dock, fish, or simply swim and sunbathe. The boat hoist is not available to guests, but the amenities of a shared dock make this space even more amazing! *For additional fun, keep an eye out for the huge selection of bird life to be seen on our shore, especially the nesting Osprey nearby. With the ever present blue herons, bald eagles, ducks, foxes, and so much more there is never a lack of nature to view. Modern Amenities: Our renovated home is equipped with all the modern amenities you need, including a fully stocked kitchen with top appliances, Wi-Fi, and entertainment options to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Filtered water throughout the house, a Speed Queen washer and dryer, and fully renovated bathrooms give you all the comforts you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Location: Situated on the shores of Cayuga Lake, you'll have easy access to water activities, nearby wineries, hiking trails, and charming towns. We recommend anything bigger than a minivan park on the pulloff on the road. If you need parking for more than 2 vehicles there is a pull-off on the road we can tell you about. The parking area at the house is limited and we do not want to get too many cars down there or it will be difficult to move around. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom 3 bath house. There is a garage and storage room that does not have guest access. There is a small apartment on the backside of the house that is completely private from the airbnb house. The driveway is shared with the neighbor, tenants in small apartment, and our Airbnb guests.. Please read check-in instructions for details about parking. ***Guests can have access to the dock and boat lift at the neighboring house: Extra charge and rental contract required for use. Other things to note *** House is located on the side of a hill between the road (East Shore Drive) and the lake. The driveway is short but steep. Large trucks should park on the road and not in the driveway as turning around in the driveway can be very hard. Please read check-in instructions for more details about parking and the driveway. There is some road noise from the road, but it should not bother your stay very much. *** We have parking for 2 cars in our driveway. We recommend anything bigger than a minivan park on the pulloff on the road. If you need parking for more than 2 vehicles there is a pull-off on the road we can tell you about. The parking area at the house is limited and we do not want to get too many cars down there or it will be difficult to move around. *** There is a neighbor that shares the driveway as well as the tenants in the private apartment on the backside of the house *** There is a somewhat steep stair that provides access from the driveway to the beach which may be difficult for those who have trouble with stairs. *** There is a single train track between the house and the beach. The house is above the train track, so even when the train comes, it doesn't block the entire view. Please note that the train track is used still, not often, but it will come by once or twice during a short stay. It travels at a snail's pace and does not beep any horn, so as for trains it is rather unobtrusive, our kids actually LOVE watching the train chug by slowly. *** The water is safe to drink!!! *** There is a dock available to share without the boat lift but the boat lift is available to rent at a separate rate. Please let us know if you are interested in learning more about the dock/boat lift rental *** All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, you must climb stairs to get into them.
