Green Hill boasts a sprawling multi-level pool with picturesque views. Whether you want to swim laps or simply relax by the water, this pool offers a refreshing escape. ▪️Landscaped Gardens and Flowerbeds. The meticulously designed gardens and flowerbeds add to the charm of the complex. Stroll through pathways lined with colorful blooms, breathe in the fresh air, and appreciate the beauty of nature. ▪️Peaceful Retreat. For tourists seeking a peaceful getaway, Green Hill provides an ideal retreat. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, it offers a serene oasis where guests can recharge and rejuvenate. Our apartment is located on the third floor and features two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a spacious terrace with views of the mountains and the bay. The apartment is equipped with Internet, TV, modern appliances, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. Additionally, you’ll find an electric kettle, cutlery and tableware. We provide clean bed linen, towels, shower gel and soap. The apartment is ready for both short-term and long-term stays. Guest access For our guests, the complex offers a range of amenities including a swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, parking and a children’s playground. All designed to enhance your stay with comfort and convenience. Other things to note Dear Guests, Welcome to our apartment! We are delighted to accommodate you. Please note that we are not a serviced apartment hotel. We do not have daily housekeeping services. The apartment is equipped with basic necessities to get you started. If you run out of any items, you will need to purchase them at a nearby store, as we do not provide additional supplies such as toilet paper or other hygiene products. To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules during your visit: 1. Cleanliness and Tidiness. - Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. - Collect used towels and place them next to the washing machine for housekeeping. - Dispose of trash in the provided bins located near the beach and next to the Veranda restaurant. - Utilize the dishwasher for washing dishes to maintain a clean kitchen environment. - Chewing gum should be disposed of strictly in the trash containers. If gum is found stuck anywhere on the property, a fine may be imposed for disruption of order. 2. Pool and Amenities. - The swimming pool is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please adhere to the pool rules and safety guidelines. - Before entering the pool, it is essential to take a shower and refrain from using oils or creams. Given the high temperatures in Montenegro, to prevent the growth of bacteria in the pool, please adhere to these hygiene guidelines. - Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for your enjoyment. After using the sun loungers and umbrellas, please return the loungers to their original location and ensure the umbrellas are closed to prevent damage from the wind. - Please dispose of all trash from the pool area in the provided bins. 3. Noise and Disturbance. Our complex is family-oriented, with many guests visiting with children and elderly family members. - Be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM, to respect the tranquility of other guests and neighbors. - Avoid loud music, parties, or any activities that may cause disturbance during these hours. 4. Smoking Policy. - Smoking is permitted only on the open terrace of the apartment. - Smoking in any other non-designated areas within the apartment or complex is strictly prohibited. 5. Occupancy and Guests. - The apartment should only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking. - Additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from the management. 6. Damages and Liability. - Please treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect. - Any damages or losses caused by guests will be their responsibility, and applicable charges may apply. 7. Pets. - Pets are generally not allowed in the apartment or within the complex premises. - However, if you have a small pet, this can be discussed in advance and may be permitted with an additional fee. 8. Parking. - Free parking is available for our guests. Please park only in the designated areas to avoid inconvenience to others. 9. Energy Conservation. - We encourage responsible energy usage. Please switch off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when not in use. 10. Check-out: - Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Kindly ensure the apartment is vacated by this time. - Upon check-out, please leave the keys inside the apartment. - Leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these house rules. They are designed to create a pleasant and respectful environment for all our guests.
