Come and enjoy the quiet of our newly finished country apartment! Relax and unwind in the hot tub on your private deck, overlooking the beautiful hills of Central New York. A seven minute walk will bring you to Chittenango Falls Park with it’s majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is backed by the NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line. The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats. The space Step into this artfully designed, oversized, yet cozy 600sq ft room and enjoy the 10’ coffered ceilings, king sized bed, gas fireplace, and original artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped and welcoming. There’s a coffee making corner, (the butcher block island is a great place for your morning coffee) all the cook and dish ware you’ll need, plus a collection of incidentals in case you’ve forgotten anything. The apartment is built with state of the art heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable no matter the season. This is a handsome studio apartment with-in an attractive new red barn structure. The rest of the building is simply used for storage. It is in view of the owner’s home, but has plenty of privacy The basement, and second floor are not open to the apartment. The studio has it’s own entrance on the back deck, which has a gate and latch for security. We love hosting, and want all of our guests to feel welcome and relaxed while they are away from home. Other things to note This listing includes the apartment and one garage bay only. The rest of the building is for storage.
