Welcome to our fully furnished 1st-floor apartment in Mendota, just a few minutes off Rt. 39! As experienced and well-reviewed hosts, we're excited to offer special pricing for our first guests in this space. The space This apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room, and a dining room/kitchen. The apartment has been fully furnished and outfitted. The kitchen has cookware, dinnerware spices and more. We are in a circular apartment building complex, with central shared yards and surrounded by farmland. It is about a 15-20min walk to downtown Mendota, or an easy 5 minute drive. It's entirely possible to walk to the local grocery store and restaurants. A car is recommended, however. Guest access Guests have full access to all parts of their private apartment by way of a code on the door. Guests May also use their back patio, the shared laundry room just inside the building entrance, and the large outdoor yards shared with other tenants. Guests may also make use of the charcoal grill and picnic table in the yard if it is available. Other things to note We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, so here are a few things to be aware of: 1. This is a 4-unit apartment building, so you may hear some noise from other tenants from time to time. However, we've taken steps to minimize noise and ensure that your stay is as peaceful as possible. 2. Laundry facilities are coin-operated and shared with other tenants. But don't worry, we provide laundry detergent so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. 3. We provide two private, labeled parking spots directly in front of the building. Please make sure to park only in these spots and not in the neighboring spots. 4. The AC is a through wall AC unit in the living room. We provide fans to move that around into the bedrooms but it is not central AC 5. We provide YoutubeTV for live TV and show recording. You are welcome to sign into your own streaming services, just make sure to sign back out of them before check ouy! Because this is a FireTV it will not be possible to sign into your prime video account. You can of course use the hdmi port to connect your streaming devices to the tv for Prime Video
