We are in a circular apartment building complex, with central shared yards and surrounded by farmland. It is about a 15-20min walk to downtown Mendota, or an easy 5 minute drive. It's entirely possible to walk to the local grocery store and restaurants. A car is recommended, however. Guest access The entire apartment is private and accessible to guests. Ther may be some interaction with other tenants as you come and go, and the potential for noise - The laundry in the building is coin operated laundry. We can provide detergent on request - The entry do to this apartment is accessed from the ground floor laundry room - there are outdoor charcoal grills and picnic tables! these are in a shared yard behind the building accessible to other building tenants
