Maine Cozy Cottage on Round Pond

A cozy cottage on Round Pond where you can relax, swim, fish, toast marshmallows, hear the call of the loons and enjoy a getaway. There is 50 feet of water frontage and your own dock. There is a public boat launch on the lake. Wood needs to be purchased locally. Come enjoy a quintessential rustic Maine camp. Parking allowed on top of the hill. Must be able to navigate a flight of stairs. Not handicap accessible. Minimum Age Requirement to Rent: 25 years old Sorry, NO PETS allowed. The space Cozy cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed and loft with a twin and a full mattress. There is a futon in the main living room. We have a full kitchen, one full bathroom and a patio. Guest access Cozy cottage is located in between two nearby cottages. Please be respectful of one another. Other things to note Please bag all of your trash and use the garbage bins at the back of the property. PLEASE recycle and separate your bottles. There is a separate Green bin for them. Please bring your own beach towels, the towels provided are to be used indoors only.
