Tinyhouse Voralpenland - Inn-Salzach-Rott

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at this special place. Great excursions to Munich, Rosenheim, Burghausen, Chiemsee, mountains, Salzburg, Regensburg or Landshut are highly recommended. In nearby Ampfing there is the Green Lagoon - a landscaped swimming lake. The house is located in the Inn-Salzach region. The region can be found on the Internet at inn-salzach. The house is cleaned with the Hyla device. The space The tiny house is located on our property in a secluded location in the countryside in our garden next to the house. In the tiny house there is a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The large window front (double door with panel curtain) faces west to enjoy the evening sun. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, toilet paper and some spices, coffee and tea are provided. In front of the house (under the plane tree) there are seats and an open fireplace. Smoking is possible here. The hammock can also be found here to hang up (we will gladly hang it up if desired). Admiring the starry sky at night is magical. There is a large folding dining table in the house. This can also be used as a desk. If an office chair is desired, we will gladly provide it. Since the space in the house is limited, not all things are stored in it, but are very gladly provided. On the round lawn with the tall grass in front of the house, we have grown local flower seeds from the Inn Valley. 60 different grasses and flowers thrive here. The appearance is different depending on the season. :-) Guest access A washing machine and dryer are in our house and can be used if necessary. Also the iron. Other things to note A road passes by close to the house. There is little traffic on this. In the mornings and evenings, the rush hour traffic is audible. We also offer parking spaces for campers on our property on different platforms. The campers confirm that it is very quiet. We also use the terrace under the tree.
