The well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob and electric oven/ grill, a microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic sink/drainer, a washing machine and under worktop fridge with an ice compartment, coffee maker, iron and board. The window overlooking the courtyard has a window seat. Bedroom 1: Double has a window through to Arch Street and a TV with Freeview. First floor: The sleeping area has a double bed and double sofa, TV with Freeview and storage units. The window overlooks Middle Street. The good sized bathroom- bath with shower over it and mixer taps, WC and sink. Heated chrome towel rail.
