The chef’s kitchen is fully outfitted for preparing delicious meals inside or grilling outside on the natural gas Weber grill. For those who balance eating with exercise, choices are plentiful; swim, play yard games (Badminton and Bocce included) or workout on the spin bike in the Air Conditioned gym complete with assorted free weights & TV. An outdoor dining and lounge area along with a 55" TV under roof are available in any weather either day or night. There is also a dining area between the pool and yard with a large umbrella that is a favorite for morning coffee, sunny lunches and sunset cocktails. The nighttime landscape lights are magical and provide a perfect backdrop for romantic evenings. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a side street with no traffic. The pool is on the sunny south side of the property and gets all day sun exposure. Sorry no pets. No Parties nor events.
