Cozy single-story house 100 m from the beach and the village of Saint Pair sur Mer It has 2 bedrooms with a garden and terrace, ideal for a family getaway. Everything is within walking distance: the beach with the seawater pool, the village shops and the Thursday morning market. The space Villa Mimi has 2 large bedrooms: - One with a 160 cm double bed, a dresser and a small dressing room - The other with a 140 cm double bed, a 90 cm single bed (it is a pull-out bed that can be used for a child), a dressing room and a French window giving access to the terrace - A bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Guests will enjoy a large living/family room with a table and chairs for family dining The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, range hood, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra €20 per bed for the entire stay to be paid upon arrival at the accommodation at La Conciergerie les Mouettes The terrace has a table for breakfast or an aperitif in the sun, a barbecue and sun loungers You can enter 1–2 cars in the gravel courtyard of the house The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, LED TV, washing machine and ironing facilities.
