A mid 19th century 1861 built house in Spruce Creek Pennsylvania. It was the first house built in the Isett “The Mill” development. Spruce Creek offers a wide variety of outdoor activities located in the heart of Central Pennsylvania 18 miles south from University Park ( State College ). Come stay and relax in this remodeled 19th century home and enjoy your favorite activities including fishing, hiking and biking. Thank you in advance for your patronage. NO PETS ALOWED The space Completely remodeled home. Kitchen, Living, Dining, outdoor private deck, 3 bedrooms with a Master (King size) Second bed with a queen size and third bedroom has a bunk bed and a full. Sleeps 4 couples plus one bunk on the bunkbed. One bath... Guest access First floor and second floor plus deck and front wrap around porch. Outdoor fire pit and another place in the yard with seating. Other things to note You will always have brand new wash cloths & bath towels. Just because we like it that way & want you to come back and stay!
