Enjoy a BBQ on the deck in the evening, watching the stars come out or cozy up by the fire pit in the twilight. Home is not in a private community. Owner lives on site but guest privacy is a priority. Advantage of owner living on site ; questions and situations arising are handled quickly. The space NEW AMENITY: Multi purpose shed can be a dedicated work space, or a place to lounge and listen to music, and play games. Please supervise children when using record player.. Thank you in advance. Living room has plenty of seating to enjoy a movie, conversation with family or exercise. Master bedroom has a queen bed that is comfortable, extra pillows, private bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed that is comfortable, extra pillows. Third bedroom has a bunk bed with full bed on bottom and twin on top that are comfortable and extra pillows. The second bathroom is shared with the two bedrooms. All bedrooms have dressers, alarm clocks, sound spa and USB ports. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Make up remover towels, pads and liquid make up remover, lotion, hand soap, Q tips, hair dryer, hair spray, towels, wash clothes and hand towels. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, roasting pan, bake ware, all utensils, kid and adult dinner wear. Outside bamboo dinner ware, beer and wine glasses, electric can opener, blender, bottle warmer. cook books, cake plate. Coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, regular and decaf coffee and tea, also sugar substitute. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a electric percolator. Guest access This house is a two family home. The ranch which is on the right side is entirely for the guests; with a private front porch, private rear deck and a front yard. Privacy is priority for guest. Other things to note I live in the two story side of the two family home. with my two smaller dogs. The back yard is not open for guest use. The dogs have all day access to the yard.
