Our old sheepfold, recently restored to our taste, has become a charming, comfortable and authentic accommodation, accommodating up to 6 or 7 adults or 6 adults and two young children. The space The ground floor, open to the courtyard and the garden, includes a large living room, the kitchen and the laundry room, as well as a toilet. Upstairs, a large wooden corridor serves the bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a toilet. Guest access The entire Bergerie is open to tenants, as well as the garden and a covered terrace. The courtyard and the garden / vegetable garden are shared with the Fournil du Petit Moulin. Marsac can be reached by public transport from the regional bus, from Vichy or Clermont-Ferrand. This is our second home and not an anonymous "cottage". We have completely restored these houses, as and when, to our liking, and the Bergerie, has just been recently transformed into a charming cottage, for our use and our tenants.
