This 2-room apartment is about 46 m² and suitable for max. 4 people. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and allows you a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The living and sleeping area has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a couch and a flat-screen TV. In the separate bedroom with window there is a bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm), a wardrobe and another flat-screen TV. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with a 4* freezer compartment. A hallway and a modern bathroom with shower are also available. In the living room, an electric fireplace provides coziness while you can enjoy digital TV with many programs in HD or your favorite music via the Dolby surround system from the couch. A special highlight is the Playstation 3 game console with various games. The Wi-Fi and telephone connection is of course included. At night, the bedrooms can be darkened pleasantly. In the season from approx. mid-May to mid-September, depending on seasonal weather conditions, a beach chair is available on the beach. An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). The use of the indoor swimming pool, the three communal roof terraces with sea and land views as well as the table tennis room are of course free of charge. You can park your bicycles in one of the 2 basement rooms in house A or in the bicycle room on the ground floor between house A and B. The apartment includes 2 bicycles that you can use for free during your stay. In building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on floors 1 - 4 (for a fee/coin-operated machines). Want to take your dog on vacation?
