The space Property Layout & Sleeping Arrangements: • Top Floor Rooftop & Master Suite • Features a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. • Middle Floor: • Bedroom 1: One full-size bed • Bedroom 2: Two full-size beds • Shared full bathroom on this floor. • Basement Level (Multi-Purpose Room): • Includes a full-size pull-out sofa bed and a private full bathroom. • There is a private door for added separation and privacy. • This room is spacious and versatile—it can also be used as a home office, playroom, or additional sleeping space. • A desk is provided for work, and the laundry area is also located here. • Sheets and pillows are always clean and ready, and fresh towels are available for all guests. Traveling with Kids or a Baby? I’ve Got You Covered! If you’re bringing little ones, I’m happy to help make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible. • Toys for all ages are available upon request—just let me know your child’s age, and I’ll provide something fun! • If you’d like me to store away any small or fragile items that could be easily grabbed or broken by curious toddlers, I’m happy to do so. just give me a heads-up before arrival. Baby gear is available at all times: • 4moms baby swing with a soothing car ride setting (kid favorite!) • Baby blankets for both summer and winter. Linens & towels for kids sizes • Baby tub • Foldable sit up chair • High chair • Pack ’n Play • Baby shampoo & lotion ⸻ Rooftop Access: Feel free to relax and hang out on the rooftop anytime during your stay—it’s all yours to enjoy with your guests! Just please be mindful of loud noise or playing music too loud during quiet hours. 10pm to 6am ⸻ Let me know ahead of time if you’d like any of the above set up before you arrive—I’m happy to make your stay as smooth and family-friendly as possible! Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home! The only exception is a small locked closet in the basement that holds cleaning supplies and extra linens. Thanks so much for understanding! Other things to note This property is fitted with Two outdoor security cameras to monitor the flow of visitors. As a result, we have a strict policy against hosting parties on the premises. Both the front and back entrances are monitored by these cameras. In the event that the camera notifications keep going off. Otherwise cameras are there for safety reasons. However, please note that there are no cameras installed inside the property. Front entrance and back door entrance both locations where the ring cameras are located.
