Cozy Amager apartment

Guests will have access to a spacious room with a balcony, a small but functional bathroom and a kitchen. It's a 5 min. walk to the metro (airport line), bus or shopping. The apartment is located on the 1 st floor, in a safe neighbourhood, with minimal noice. The neighbourhood offers many local small shops, the beach is 15 min away, and it's a quick commute to Copenhagen city center on foot, bike or public transport. The space Welcome to my little sanctuary, where I love to relax and put my personal touch on things. This is a private property, so please take good care of the place, and accept that it is a more intimate experience than hotel standard :) When you enter the apartment, there is a small hallway which access the living room (where guests stay), my bedroom (private) the kitchen and the bathroom. The couch is a pullout that fits two people (140x200cm). There is a dinner table in the living room to enjoy your meals, as well as a TV with Chromecast and a Blu-ray player. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, and you should be able to make most dishes. There is also a pull out table for more space or a quick bite. Things that I ask guests not to use have been marked private. The shower is a typical "Københavnerbad", meaning it is small, but well utilised - you pull out the curtain to make a shower cabin, as to not take up space when you don't need it. When using the shower, I will ask guest to follow a quick after shower routine, to prevent the water form breaking the cabinet under the sink. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, except my private bedroom, which will be locked during the stay. You are free to use the kitchen and make your own food, but please respect that I have marked some cabinets as private. You are also more than welcome to use the buildings shared garden, for eating out or chilling in the sun. During your stay Since I’m renting out, mostly when I’m out of town, I wont always be able to stop by in person, but you are always welcome to write to me. I will also be happy giving out recommendations for stuff you would like to see/do. Other things to note I expect guests to read the house manual and follow the instructions in there. My space is not really suited for small kids, so please let me know first thing if you plan on bringing any.
