GUEST PAYMENT • The price is default for 2 guests • Any more than 2 guests, P500/pax applies, regardless of adult or kids. POOL USAGE To manage expectations, just like any SMDC condo, the admin requires payment for pool usage - 150/pax on weekdays and 300/pax on weekends/holidays. Please feel free to purchase directly at the condo on weekdays should you wish to use the pool. For weekend stay, please inform us ahead of time. OUR COMMITMENT It is our commitment to provide you wonderful stays rest assured that we will assist you all throught your stay with us. We understand that on exceptions, issues may arise. Rest assured that we are committed to support you in the best way we can. LONG-TERM STAYS As a perk for long-term guests, minimum one (1) month stay, we will do the extra mile to have the pool usage for free by making you as our official tenant. We will do the paperworks including notarizing as a requirement from the condo admin, we just need you to sign some documents to ensure you get the same pool perks as we do as owners ourselves. Guest access DIGITAL LOCK WITH PIN CODE Seamlessly checkin without having to meet with our friendly caretaker. You will be given a unique PIN code valid during the entire duration of your stay. PRE-REGISTRATION Please ensure to inform us the names of guests at least 1 day in advance so that we can register you to the condo admin and ensure there is no disruptions in your checkin. Valid IDs are a mandatory, one for each guests including kids. Staying on Sunday or Monday, please send the names by Thursday or latest Friday morning. Without pre-registration, we can’t guarantee smooth and fast check-in process. Other things to note STRICTLY 4 GUESTS, 5th guest will be denied entry as per condo policy. Standard Checkin: 02:00PM onwards Standard Checkout: Anytime before 12:00NN * Request for early checkin/late checkout time (12 NN checkin or 2 PM checkout) is STRICTLY dependent on the owners' discretion - depending on thorough cleaning requirements, and if there are no guests checking out on the day of your arrival. * Staying beyond 2 PM requires a new reservation. Please feel free to extend or make a new reservation.
