For nearly 100 years, I have been watching over this quiet and relaxing green space. My only neighbor, the Château de Chaumont, overlooks me. In this little 4-star haven of peace, come and spend a few idyllic days in the heart of nature, listening to the birdsong, the trickle of the spring, and the splashing of the fish. A barbecue and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the warm sunshine. The area is full of magnificent places, hiking, bike rides, and great food. The space The house was completely renovated in 2023. The accommodation has 3 double bedrooms, the largest offers a third very comfortable bed. One of them has a door that opens onto the courtyard, another opens onto the terrace facing the Château. Each room has storage facilities. Sheets and towels are provided. The bedding was replaced in February 2026. Baby kit available (bed, highchair, bathtub, potty) You will have a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A second bathroom area is also available, as well as an independent toilet. The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and mini freezer. Everything you need to cook. You can connect to the internet box at no extra cost, you also have TV, books and board games. An office will allow you to work on site with a dedicated space. Outside, you have a large, private, enclosed courtyard and a green space, all fully fenced and planted with trees. At your disposal, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. An enclosed space will allow you to shelter your bikes or other items. A spring passes through the property, first feeding a small stone pond (your children will love it!), then a goldfish pond (protected), and continues its course in the back of the garden. Cars can park without any issues on the premises. Just 2 km away, you will find all the shops you need for a pleasant stay. Bakery, pizzeria, tobacco press, pharmacy, supermarket and gas station within 5 minutes. The house has no vis-à-vis. If you are looking for peace, quiet, or a place where your children can play outside in peace, then you have found the perfect place. Its geographical location allows you to visit castles (Chaumont, Cormatin, Digoine, La Clayette, Drée). Don't miss out on discovering Cluny, with its Abbey and Haras, Paray le Monial with its basilica, Digoin where you can sail on the canal, St Christophe en Brionnais with its market (sale of Charolais cattle) and tasting of a good entrecôte. You can climb the Roche de Solutré where Mr. Mitterrand came every year and continue your walk on the Beaujolais road. You can go up to Suin, beautiful panoramic view and have a drink at the country bistro. You will also have the markets of Charolles, Paray le Monial and Cluny. There are very good restaurants around us. For swimming, the swimming pools of La Guiche or Charolles are very close. You can also get to the Laives leisure center.
