For almost 100 years I have watched over this corner of greenery, my only neighbor is the Château de Chaumont which overlooks me. At the end of the path, in my private courtyard, come and observe the deer, listen to the songs of the birds, listen to the gentle trickle of the spring and the splashing of the fish. I have three double bedrooms, two bathroom spaces, a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, barbecue, plancha and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the gentle rays of the sun. The space The house was completely renovated in 2023. The property has 3 double bedrooms, the largest offers a third very comfortable bed. One of them has a door that opens onto the courtyard, another opens onto the terrace facing the Castle. Each room is equipped with storage. Linens and towels are provided. The bedding is new. Baby kit available (bed, highchair, bathtub, potty) On the sanitary side, everything was refurbished in 2023. You will have a separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A second bathroom area is also available. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and mini freezer. Cooking basics. You can connect to the internet box at no extra cost, you also have TV, books and board games. A desk will allow you to work on site with a dedicated space. The exterior offers two terraces, a large courtyard and a lawn area, all fully enclosed and planted. At your disposal, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. A closed space will allow you to store your bikes or other items. A spring passes over the property, it first feeds a small stone pool (your children will love it!), then a goldfish pond (protected), and continues its course to the bottom of the garden. Cars can park on site without any issues. Nearby you will find all the small shops necessary for a pleasant stay. Bakery, pizzeria, tobacco, pharmacy, supermarket and gas station within 5 minutes. The house is not overlooked, in absolute calm, the road that leads to it stops there. If you are looking for calm, rest or a place for your children to play outside quietly then you have found the right place. Its location allows you to visit castles (Chaumont, Cormatin, Digoine, La Clayette, Drée). Don't miss out on discovering Cluny, with its Abbey and its Haras, Paray-le-Monial with its basilica, Digoin where you can sail on the canal, St Christophe-en-Brionnais with its dial market (sale of Charolais cattle) and taste a good rib steak. You can climb the Roche de Solutré where Mr. Mitterrand came every year and continue your walk on the Beaujolais road. You can go up to Suin, beautiful panoramic view and have a drink at the country bistro. You will also have the markets of Charolles, Paray-le-Monial and Cluny. This area has excellent options for dining out. For swimming, the pools of La Guiche or Charolles are very close. You can also go to the Laives leisure center.
