About this place: The Georgian is a home full of Brantford history on the Brant Ave corridor. The first owner was Joseph Maxwell, who was John Patrick Ryan's uncle, the Mayor of Brantford during World War 2 It is located 5 minutes from Highway 403 and conveniently situated near Laurier university, the Brantford General hospital, stores, restaurants, casino, golf courses and sports complex. The Georgian is a few minutes walk to the Brantford train station and not far from downtown bus depot. The space We have paid attention to make The Georgian feel like home away from home. It's only 27 minute drive from John C Munro Hamilton Intl. airport (YHM) and a quick walk to the Brantford train station (XFV) There is a French provincial sofa , a contemporary dining table, a main floor bedroom and bathroom, a rare find in a historic home. The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well ventilated after each check-out. If you need to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, we have $30 extra fee for quicker cleaning. There is a $65 fee per pet per stay. Please bring your own pet supplies and cleaning materials and make sure that you clean up after your pet, if accidents happen. Thank you.
