A penalty of RM200 will be imposed to your Airbnb account if we find any rule has been violated: 1. No shoes inside the unit 👞 2. No smoking 🚭 (even near windows/balcony) 3. No pets 🐾 4. No drugs ❌ 5. No parties or loud gatherings 🎉 6. Light cooking only – no deep frying 🍳 7. Turn off aircond & electrical appliances when not in use 8. Please don’t leave behind personal items – cleaners are not responsible Electricity Usage Policy a) For stays longer than 7 days, electricity usage should not exceed RM 50 per week. b) For stays of one month or more, electricity usage should not exceed RM 200 per month. c) If electricity usage goes beyond these limits, the additional cost (the difference) will be charged to the guest. While the décor or layout may vary slightly from the photos shown, each unit is maintained to the same high standard — ensuring a consistently comfortable and enjoyable experience. As part of security requirements, you will be required to provide your ID (Malaysian/Singaporean NRIC), driving license or International passport. (Mandatory).
