Heart of Wine Country! Sleeps 10! Whether it’s a Birthday, Anniversary, bachelorette party, or time with family we welcome all. Conveniently located just outside of Historic Downtown North East. Close to Lake Erie, Peek N Peak, Wineries, North East Marina, Findley Lake NY, and Lake Erie Speedway. This 3 acre property has a porch and concrete patio in the back for entertaining. Cozy living room w/ fireplace, heated garage w/ a bar and games. Please read important info in other details. The space Has all the comforts of home and much more. Guide book of local wineries and restaurants for your convenience is located on the table. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. There is a pack-n-play located in the downstairs bedroom. High Chair in the garage. Coloring books, crayons, children’s books and games located in the dresser in the garage. Dice, decks of cards, farkle and Yahtzee all located in the drawer of the bar inside the garage. We do our best to supply you with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. The Gathering Place was designed for Quality time with friends and family. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and garage except the basement. Please do not arrive before 4pm without prior approval. We do have a boat slip available at the North East Marina for those who wish to use it during your stay. Please message for more details regarding the boat slip. Other things to note We are open to small events you wish to have, larger events need pre-approval. Please let us know the number of guests prior to booking. Port-A-Jons will be needed for Gatherings over 14 as we have a septic system and well Water. We will be happy to get you the information needed for those. You will also have to provide proof of insurance to cover the event. We just ask that you respect the neighbors and our property. Do not have more people staying then your reservation allows. There may be additional charges. The pull out couch is not the most comfortable to sleep on. The house has a water filtration system and runs a clean cycle normally after midnight (water may not work during the cycle). You must bring your own wood for a fire. We do our best to accomodate all our guests. Everyone has different expectations. What some guests like others don’t. All we can do is hope our best is good enough and you enjoy your stay. Keep in mind we are located on a main rd so it can be noisy at times. If you have FB you can visit our page to see what this house looked like when we started this journey less then a year ago. You may be surprised as to how far this entire property has come. Please don’t check in early without prior authorization as the house may not be ready and stocked with necessities until check in time. There may be a camera in the living room for when the house is empty. You can unplug it upon arrival. We do not allow pets of any kind due to health reasons of the cleaning staff. We have a 24x40 pavilion on the property that can be used for gatherings at no additional charge.
