Cottage in North Augusta

Welcome to the Little Stone Cottage in historical downtown North Augusta! In the heart of town, this adorable and unique home was built in 1903 and believed to have originally been a carriage house for the historical mansion next door. Everything has been lovingly updated with all new furnishings in 2023! There are 2 brand new king sized beds plus a queen sofa sleeper. It may be small on size but we think you'll find it's big on comfort and convenience and amenities - not to mention personality! The space The cottage has a living room with a big window and lots of natural light. The sofa is super comfy and deep seated - perfect to curl up and read or watch TV, and it folds out to a queen sleeper if needed. The kitchen is bright and sunny with a window overlooking the private backyard and is very well equipped. Each of the bedrooms has a king sized bed with brand new memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton linens. There are 10 ft. tall ceilings throughout and it's just as cute as can be. The backyard is private and large and includes a fire pit with Adirondack seating and there's also a covered patio with oversized rocker chairs. Come see us!
