Moose Caboose: Pool + Park=Staycation or MiniMoon!

Fantastic guest house in back of property w/pool! Backs up to playground. King bed plus double sleeper sofa. 15 min or less to everything in the Ft Worth area including DFW Airport, AT&T Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Field, Stockyards, downtown, museums, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, zoo, NE Mall, NRH2O, convention center, and NE Tarrant College. All linens, kitchen supplies provided. TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, iron. hair dryer. Just need YOU! The space The huge pool is available for guests in the main house and the guest house to use. The back fence opens up to the city park. Plenty of parking available including 2-car carport or open parking in the driveway. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself, plus have access to the swimming pool and deck. The house has a small private yard as well (all rock). The back gate opens to a community park! Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: Both the host family and the housekeeper have severe allergies. We have a very strict rule that no animals are allowed. Please respect our space! This home includes WiFi FiOS throughout (password provided in home). There is 1 tv -- it is on wheels so you can roll it into whatever room you prefer. There's also a computer desk in the living room. POOL: The pool is open from early March or so to mid-October or so (it depends on what kind of weather we're having). It is covered during the winter months, and it is not heated. The pool is serviced professionally every Monday and Friday. Guests will be asked to vacate the pool during cleaning. In-between pool service, a pool net is available to scoop out leaves and debris that blows into the pool. This is a residential pool; there is not a daily cleaning service for it. Also, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. We provide one set of towels (pool towel, bath towel, hand towel, washcloth) per guest per stay. There is a complimentary washer/dryer at the house for you to refresh your towels as needed. Mattresses are memory foam. Some are memory foam with gel. Coffee/tea/sugar/creamer are provided for your first day. The coffee maker uses K-cups, but it also has a cup to hold grounds. Toiletries and Paper Supplies: We provide toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as a starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen. For longer stays, you'll want to bring in additional stock. Hand soap is at each sink, as well as dish soap and dishwasher packets in the kitchen. Laundry soap is not provided unless a previous guest passes it on. Pest control: We have a pest control service that treats the property every 3 months. They will re-treat the house as needed in-between regularly scheduled services. However, since we do not live in the house, we only know if there is need if you tell us! We appreciate a private comment so that we can get it scheduled as needed. We love hosting our airbnb homes!
