Small furnished apartment

WE ARE NOT IN THE CENTER, we are approximately 4.5 km from it, from the main square and the part of the esplanade where the letters of "Champotón" are, 2 km away, there are supermarkets, shopping area, etc. Leaving the main road is the restaurant area. We are 200 meters from the ocean. WE INVOICE (mention it before booking). The space The sea is 200 meters away, so you can walk to the road and see beautiful sunsets. Guest access The main entrance is for common use where the tenants access. They are 4 apartments on the property each totally independent. NO EXCLUSIVE PARKING, IS SHARED. Inside there are 2 cars, there is NOT always space, and outside there are two spaces, (in any case we coordinate with you to give you directions) WE ASK YOU TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE TREES AND PALM TREES TO NOT RUN OVER THEM. The entrance is self check-in, so you can access the time you like, as long as it is from check-in Other things to note It is a main avenue, (WE ARE NOT IN THE CENTER), this is approximately 4.5 km away, so the passage of trailers and cars does generate some noise, there are also neighbors who sometimes play their music loudly. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE ZERO NOISE, THIS SPACE IS not FOR you, please DO not book. No Netflix accounts or anything like it, they can use their accounts if they want that service, they are only provided wifi.
