Guests exceeding the maximum allowed of one (1) guest per booking will incur a charge of $25 per person per night. Maximum guest allowed per room is two (2) The laundry room do not have detergent. You are able to use the washer one time for free but will pay $2 for every 40 mins dryer load. Additional washes during your stay will incur $2 for every load of washer and dryer. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $250 fee will be charged if smoking occurs indoors during your stay. Additionally, please refrain from tossing cigarette butts anywhere on the property. If you need any other accommodations, please speak to us. We are very understanding and may be able to work with you. If you accidentally damage anything, please let us know before you check out. Either way, if we find any damage during our post-checkout inspection we will contact you regarding the cost of repairs. We also ask that you do not take any of the property’s belongings with you. If we find any items missing after your departure, we will contact you for the replacement cost. Visitors While guests are welcome to have visitors, our policy requires that all individuals who remain on the property overnight be registered as part of the reservation.
