It offers private parking for exclusive use in front of the entrance of the apartment without needing to take the stairs or use the elevator. This is a strong point as the central area has a lack of parking. The courtyard has a veranda with an outdoor seating, very pleasant to relax. In the courtyard of the apartment there is an outdoor shower, comfortable for those returning from the sea. For the use of guests, there are 2 beach umbrellas and two deckchairs.
