A stylish retreat perfect for group getaways. The house has 5 bedrooms with 7 beds for up to 10 guests, plus 4 off-street parking spaces. Hosting 12? We can provide 2 sofa beds—best suited for children. The space or your safety, CCTV cameras are installed at the front and back of the house, as well as around the swimming pool fence. These cameras also feature noise detection. Please note that this smart home is not suitable for loud parties, especially late at night. If a booking is made with the intention of hosting a loud party, it may not be permitted to proceed. To respect our neighbors, we kindly ask that any music or noise from weddings, birthday parties, or other gatherings be reduced by 10:00 PM each night. Please note: The granny flat shown is not part of the listing and is reserved for my personal use. However, you’ll have full privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the entire main house via the front door, left-side footpath, and garage. The granny flat has its own separate entrance via the right-side footpath, and it’s unlikely you’ll see me during your visit. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Bed details: Rooms 2, 4, and 5 feature queen-size beds with firm mattresses and low-profile residential bed frames. If you prefer a softer or higher bed, we recommend bringing a mattress topper. Rooms 1 and 3 are equipped with hotel-grade beds and soft mattresses for extra comfort. Guest access You have access to 5 x bedrooms, 3 x bathrooms, laundry room, garage, driveway, front garden, back garden and swimming pool. You access everything except the granny room. Other things to note Please remember to bring your own toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairbrushes, and slippers. We recommend using Bluetooth headphones for a quiet and comfortable experience when connecting to the projector in Bedroom 4, the TV in Bedroom 5, or the iPad, Sony PlayStation, and Apple TV on the ground floor—especially after 10:00 PM quiet hours. To reduce fire risks, we kindly ask guests to avoid BBQs in the backyard, smoking, or using candles. If you light a birthday candle, please extinguish it thoroughly with water before disposal.
