4 bedrooms (sleeps 4 to 8) - Pont-Château

IMPORTANT: As we live in the accommodation, we do not accept the use of the kitchen and living room after 11 p.m. We look forward to hosting you in our home and sharing with you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. One bedroom of 11 m² is on the ground floor with private shower room and toilet, 3 other bedrooms (one with a private living room) of 12 m² located upstairs have a shared bathroom and toilet. The kitchen and living room are shared. The space The bedrooms have a TV and large storage spaces. The mattresses and bed bases are of excellent quality. Two beds measure 160 x 200 and the other two 140 x 190. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, and personal shelves in the refrigerator are at your disposal. The common living room allows you to enjoy moments of rest. Guests can access the terrace and garden to dine or relax in a pleasant and quiet setting. For breakfast, I provide you with coffee, tea and milk. If you want a full breakfast with croissants, fresh bread, fruit, juice, etc. or a savory breakfast, I ask for an extra €5 per person per day. In this case, please let me know when you book. Check-in and check-out times are flexible but it is best to discuss them beforehand so that I can arrange to be available. Internet connection is available via Wi-Fi. My little dog will be happy to welcome you. For multi-day stays, you can take advantage of the washer and dryer. Guest access The house is located in Pont-Château: - near the Nantes/Vannes axis (4 minutes from the Pont-Château center exit) - 4-minute drive to the train station, - close to the community building, Quéral College and the Lycée des Trois Rivières. You can park one or more vehicles in front of the house. I can, if my schedule allows, pick you up from the train station. Downtown is a 10-minute walk away. Tourist activities I can tell you about cultural and sporting activities, interesting walks, restaurant addresses, places to visit. The proximity (30 minutes) of the coast with La Baule, Le Croisic… and also the tourist city of Nantes will allow you to enhance your stay in Loire-Atlantique.
