Country paradise estate is a little farmhouse in the beautiful springrange ,10 min drive to Canberra border having shops,30 mins to Canberra CBD, short drive to local winery. This place would be an excellent choice for anyone looking for a relaxing ,peaceful exciting getaway. Property has serene countryside, standout natural layout to impress rural escape will have you "living the dream". this is a rare family haven completed by a spacious homestead with expansive rural countryside views. The space Country paradise estate feel a sense of the peaceful and tranquil lifestyle of country living. Property has 4 bed rooms each having queen size bed ,master bed room has attached with large ensuite and have separate toilet, Spa, second bathroom is shared with other bedrooms and two other powder rooms ( toilet) . There are three living area in the house and one small section of living room can be used as 5th bedroom having two single bed to accommodate more people and one corner of the living have computer table and chair with LCD monitor . The house is well equipped with induction cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave , coffee machine, BBQ, all essential cookware and condiments, two smart tv's 65 inch and 55 inch respectively allocated in two different lining areas with Wi-Fi , each room equip with split reverse cycle heating and cooling for comfortable living ,traditional wood fire heater, washing machine, dryer, pool table and books, toys for kids. House living areas are open where you can sit and enjoy the ambiance of viewing kangaroos, sheeps in the paddocks surrounding the house and looking at mountain. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: *Check-in: After 3:00 pm *Checkout: 10:00 am *No smoking inside the house *Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below) ADDITIONAL RULES: *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. *we allow family gathering such as birthday party, Anniversary etc or meeting with friends we don't allow to ride dirt bike,hoon driving or Quad bike in and around the farm. * we expect from the guest to respect the place and don't leave mess in the house. and keep in reasonable condition once they leave. we have had some incidents in past where some guests have disappointed us. *Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. *This no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes , we could issue a $500 fine. * we love and respect our neighbours. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm. *STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests.
