Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking, baking and eating supplies. Kitchen table seats 6 with a counter height bar for an additional 2 people. Screened in porch also has a table and 4 chairs for your enjoyment. Outside sun porch has a small table and 4 chairs also. NEW Washer and Dryer added for 2024 Condo is located on the second floor so you will have to walk up some steps. Coffee Maker: Standard Drip Coffee Maker. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Outdoor Monitoring The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes. We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. Recreational passes are required to use the resort amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools, beach shuttle, hot tub / jacuzzi, tennis, saunas, fitness gym, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, etc - everything except golf which is completely separate). Note: you aren't required to purchase any passes if you don't want to - purchase passes only for those who'll be using the amenities at the same time. Note: you can share passes so it would be wise to purchase passes based on the maximum number of people in your group who'll be using the resort amenities at the same time. Also, children under 4 years old don't need a pass - they just need to be with an adult. During 2017, passes cost between $15 or $40 per pass depending on the time of the year - the passes are good for up to 7 nights. You purchase the passes at the resort pavilion after you arrive by making a check or paying cash to the hoa. Passes this past year cost between $15-40 per pass depending on the time of the year. Linens: We will supply mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters while you will be bringing your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. You'll have your own washer and dryer inside the home that you are welcome to use. If you wish to rent linens, one local supplier of sheets, pillowcases and or towels is gale force rentals with website of galeforcerentals dawt calm - you should make linen rental arrangements prior to your trip - they also offer delivery and pick up. Parking: rental guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first. at bear trap dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available (including the large parking lot next to the bear trap dunes pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for rental guests to use.
