This cozy one bed and bath is favorably tucked away in Springdale SC. Close access to major highways, CAE Airport, and LMHospital. USC Campus is 5 miles. Walmart is 2 miles. Lake Murray is less than 30 minutes away, so bring your boat. We have plenty of space to park it. This space is also wonderful for working remotely, if you must. We love the quiet and privacy our guest house offers! Perfect for couples or single only The space Ground floor with no steps up or down. As you enter, you will see a living space with couch, coffee table, chair, fireplace, tv and book/game storage. Dining room table with 4 chairs. Kitchen is in same area, so you are not divided. Bedroom door can be closed or left open. Queen size bed can accommodate 2 people. Sitting area and two huge closets are in the same area. Bathroom and laundry room are attached and easily accessible. Shower only, no tub. Guest access Small yard provided. Entire home can be utilized. Tool shed off limits. Other things to note Guesthouse is behind our home. Sidewalks provided. Automatic lighting at dusk and OUTSIDE CAMERAS for your protection and ours. We do not provide indoor cameras. Patio, tables, gas and charcoal grills and fire pit in shared spaces. We do our own housekeeping. We follow Airbnb protocols.
