Summary: Experience the next generation in luxury yurts. Every one of our Riverside Yurts is located to overlook the scenic brilliance of the Arkansas River. At 20' in diameter with cozy upper-level lofts, you will find plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The Space: •Sleeps 4 / 2 Queen Beds • 2 Levels •Overlooking the Arkansas River private river with riverfront access. •River Front Fly Fishing, Rafting and much more. •Exclusive riverside access. •Restroom facilities & showers provided. •Outdoor Kitchen, Dining Table, Breakfast nook, Outdoor Patio & Furniture. •Non Smoking. • Deluxe Outdoor Kitchen and BBQ grill, with side burner and grill tools. • Keurig Coffee Maker. Bring your coffee, tea, or hot cocoa K-Cups and Water. • Yeti Cooler, bring your own ice. • Propane Fire Table and BBQ Grill. No real wood fires or charcoal allowed. • Top of the line outdoor furniture including 4 swivel stools and bar height round table. • Showers and restrooms, located in the main building about 100 yards away. Please bring your own toiletries and towels. • 2 Deluxe Pillow Top Queen beds with top of the line sheets, pillows, and comforter. • Full Queen bed on Main level & one queen in the loft with low head clearance and railing. • 4 stools and bar height round dining table. • Infrared heater for chilly nights and mornings. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire grounds including riverfront access for fishing, rafting, kayaking, and anything that floats your boat. Guests may use the pavilion area and all bathrooms and showers. Our location offers plenty of room to roam with exceptional hiking and fishing from the front door. The Neighborhood: These Yurts are located near our famed white water rafting tours and zip-line courses. The Yurts are also located just 3 Miles from the world famous Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, as well as amazing hiking, biking, and fishing right on your Yurt's doorstep. Getting Around: Our riverside Luxury Yurts are located 3 miles from our White Water Bar & Grill and are 10 miles outside of the town of Cañon City. Interaction with Guests: We have office staff available for contact every day from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside of our office hours we provide our guests with owner contact information to quickly resolve any and all guest issues.
