A parking space suitable for small and medium vehicles is provided. Large vans are not compatible with the available space. No pets are allowed anywhere in the building. It is prohibited by the consortium, even in common areas. For the safety of all guests and staff, glass containers are strictly prohibited in all common areas, especially in the pool. In case of breakage, immediately inform the building staff. All guests must act courteously, avoiding offensive language or any unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior in common areas. Appropriate clothing (footwear, shirt, etc.) must be worn at all times in the common areas. Appropriate clothing must also be worn in the pool area. Pool Rules Proper swimwear is required. Before entering the pool, everyone must use the rinse showers. Jumping, running, or playing rough games is not allowed.
