The space The recently renovated home is a perfect spacious, home base for your adventures in Teller County and the greater Colorado Springs area. Situated on a picturesque 6-acres, this 3,000 square foot home has plenty of elbow room inside and out. Easily sleeps 8 (beds) with two large couches for extra room. Two family rooms and two large tables make it perfect for groups with kids. Spacious bedrooms and access to washer and dryer on the lower level. Dogs welcome (up to 2 per stay)! We lease the fenced off portion on the west portion of the property to a local family for their daughter's beautiful horse. In addition to the view of Pikes Peak, guests can enjoy watching the horse from a distance, but guests are not allowed to feed or enter the fenced area where the horse and barn are located. This fenced off barn and pasture area is off limits to rental guests both for your safety and the safety of the horse. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home, a 2-story, 4 bedroom/4 bathroom ranch home, deck and yard.
