This will have the resorts phone number, and address, along with your name on the reservation. Please make sure your name matches your ID so you will be able to check in without any issues. Other things to note There is no daily house keeping. If you would like your room cleaned you can arrange that with the resort & they can let you know what that fee would be. You are responsible for all charges to your room.
