Bathrooms: 4 full bathrooms, 2 per unit. Stocked with towels and hair dryers. Living Areas: Two living rooms with smart TVs. Comfortable seating for group movie nights or game days. Kitchens: Two full kitchens, each with appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Group patio: Outdoor seating and table for group gatherings in a private patio. Layout Note: This is a duplex. You’ll have access to both units, but they remain separate (no interior connecting door). Guest access You’ll have private access to both units of the duplex.
