Exclusive Retreat Slavinka is a newly built traditional wooden house with extensive garden is located in a quiet area of a picturesque village of Janov on the edge of the Bohemian Switzerland NP. It is an ideal starting point for your hikes / bike trips to the Kamenice river Gorges, the biggest sandstone arch in Europe - Pravčická brána, Elbe sandstone rocks and many other wonderful places. For golf sport lovers is directly in Janov village 9-hole course, grocery store, restaurants and pizzeria. The space Exclusive Retreat Slavinka, a newly built wooden building, offers unique accommodation in a traditional style. All interiors are furnished to correspond with the concept of the materials used in the construction. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people, a spacious living room, a dining room with a table for up to 8 people and an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, an entrance hall and entrance to the tarrace. On the 1st floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms where can comfortably sleep another 6 people, expandable by 1 cot. All 3 bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned (air-condition has cooling and heating options). The building has drinking water directly from the water supply system. All opening windows and French doors are fitted with insect screens. The ground floor is completely covered with stylish ceramic tiles with underfloor heating powered by an electric boiler and the possibility of using a fireplace stove. The first floor has a pleasant vinyl floor and the walls are paneled with wood. The host offers to our guests for a fee, upon agreement, the use of a 11 kW home wallbox charger for electric cars and hybrids, that is installed in a neighboring property (approx. 50 meters from the parking lot). Firewood used for heating in the fireplace stove or for the outdoor fire pit is charged separately based on consumption.
