Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!** Other things to note The dock is shared with the other AirBnB on the property. The train tracks are close by and you will more than likely hear the train at least once during your stay. If this is going to be an issue, please do not book the property.
