Magnificent home settled in a protected conservation area backing onto pond with all of Floridas natural wildlife. Enjoy the peace and quiet of being away from the tourist areas but close enough to easily get too. You will have sole use of the 3 bed 2 bath duplex within our own vacation home, no one else will be there when you are here. Enjoy floating around on the large pool in complete tranquility. There is Solar Only heating for the pool. The space You will have complete privacy in your 3 bed 2 bath duplex. Laundry room, bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor, living room, kitchen & 2nd bedroom & bathroom on the 1st floor. There are smart TV’s in every room and a Bose wireless speaker in the living room for your use. Guest access You are welcome to use the pool but the owners take no responsibility for accidents. Other things to note We only have Solar heating for the pool which does not work in the colder months. We cannot guarantee there will be any gas left for the grill.
