Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property. The space Guests have the entire little house to themselves, and may hang out on the deck or in the big back yard as much as they want. You may occasionally see me, my son, or my dog in the backyard but for the most part you’ll have it to yourself. Guest access You will have access to the two story guest house behind my house, the deck and backyard. Other things to note I have a friendly hound dog named Barney, he is often out and about the property. Park at the end of the driveway all the way to the right. The cushions for the patio furniture are in a box on the porch, please put them back in there when you leave and zip the lining so they don’t get rained on. 2023 update: I mounted a trail cam on a porch railing which points at the backyard and Cemetery Lane because someone threw garbage over the fence a couple times. It is there for security. It only captures images from the backyard and Cemetery Lane. Check in is after 3 pm and checkout is by 10 am. The little house is usually booked solid all summer so it’s not usually possible to offer late check out but I can sometimes offer early check in if I’m able to get an early start on cleaning.
