Five spacious bedrooms with 2x king and 3x double beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The living room has a large sitting sofa with lounge ,tv, stereo (integrated to Spotify) and plenty of books in the cabinets for all ages. There is a two sided wood fireplace with ample wood to use in the back garden. There is a study on the main floor with a laser printer at your disposal. For your convenience there is a laundry room with washer, dryer and extra closet space on the main floor. In house security alarm is disabled when rented. Parking for 2-3 cars. Shed has electricity for your rental bikes. 10 person maximum at all times, no events and no parties. Noise restriction after 10pm. Absolutely no smoking in the villa. Only Smoking in the garden, ashtrays are provided.
