Unique Waterfront Stilt House on the Withlacoochee River, Fish, Kayak, Relax

Feel like your living in a tree house. Located 10 minutes from I75, near The Villages Community and other attractions. Bring your Kayak, Canoe or rent one from a nearby rental location. Make sure you have a fishing pole and license to fish for bass, catfish and bluegill from two docks (one river, one canal) or just enjoy the fire pit or sit on the porch and watch the sunset. Rental is upper level only, stairs on either side of the house take you up to the upper level. This house was originally built in the 80s and has been updated. Full dining room with views to the river and canal, living room includes a recliner, sofa and two chairs with ottomans. Two ring cameras located on lower level outside only, one aimed at driveway, on at the canal. Lower level is used for storage only. It is not included in the rental.
