Located near the heart of Mountain Village Core, you'll find shops, restaurants, and the lifts all within a 5-10 minute walk away. The free gondola is also located an 8-minute walk from the home. Take a 13-minute scenic gondola ride into the town of Telluride for even more pedestrian-friendly dining and shopping options. The private indoor hot tub and sauna have equally beautiful views out floor-to-ceiling windows, letting you take in the scenery without ever leaving the warmth of your home. On the fourth floor, the guest bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a glass-framed shower/tub combination and large vanity. The main bedroom, which features a king bed, exceptional views, and a private bathroom, is located on the second level. On the first floor, find the third guest bedroom, which has a king bed that can be separated into two twin beds. In the living room, plush couches surround a large stone fireplace, and in the adjacent dining room, a large table has seating for six guests. The kitchen features fine wood cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for two guests. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 6 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 2. - There is parking for one car in the garage and one car in the driveway. - Ski-in/ski-out access is available from the home onto the Meadows ski run. - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Confirmation will be sent via email after booking. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
