Enjoy your privacy among the lush 12 acres of this beautiful and centrally located home. Spend your days lounging around, taking a nap in the pool house, going for a swim in the in ground saltwater pool and using the hot tub and outdoor shower. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen using the Wolf stove or grilling outside on the Viking grill. When you're feeling up to it get in a great workout in the fully equipped gym including a Peloton bike & tread. Please note we will only be renting this house to guests that are able to swim without the use of a floatation device. No families with young children. Our home is located on 12 acres of private property just 5 minutes to the center of High Falls and Stone Ridge, 10 minutes to Accord, and 15 minutes New Paltz and Kingston. There is plenty to do with the Hudson Valley's best hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. The area also offers golf, wineries, breweries and restaurants in the most picturesque setting. You will have the luxury of feeling secluded without being far removed. Groceries, gas station and pharmacy all within 5 minute drive. Please keep in mind this is my personal home and I welcome guests who are looking to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. This is not the house for anyone seeking to have a party or event. You can choose to truly unwind and unplug or easily go out and enjoy all of the amazing places this area has to offer. We are 15 minutes to Inness, Westwind, Arrowood or Uptown Kingston and 5 minutes to the Hasbrouck House and Butterfiled. If you like to play tennis you can use the public courts at the local community college. For pickleball enthusiasts there are courts less than 5 minutes away. Guests will have access to the entire house except for some closet space and the garage. I will be available via text and Airbnb during your stay and I have a team of maintenance people should there be need. the house is centrally located just outside of high falls and over the mountain from new paltz . visit mohonk preserve for a picturesque walk, hike or bike on well groomed carriage trails. for the more adventurous, mohonk preserve also offers incredible rock scrambles and vigorous hikes. in the winter enjoy snow shoeing or cross country skiing. stay local to high falls and pick up provisions at local farm stands davenports or saunderskill farm. go out for a brick oven pizza and homemade pasta at westwind orchard. a stop at arrowwood for locally brewed beer and food never disappoints. take a short drive to the hip towns of uptown kingston or new paltz and enjoy a historic walk and or cocktails at the local restaurants. other quaint towns in the area include woodstock and rhinebeck. we are also conveniently located about 60 minutes from the ski resorts of hunter mountain, belleayre and windham. Our home is currently available to rent July 4-July. As already stated this is my personal home and we are looking to rent to people looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Please note we do have regular pool and lawn maintenance that may happen during your stay.
