Parkland has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - One Bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. King size bed & full bath upstairs. The Living room has a sleeper sofa and TV with DVD player. Total sleeping capacity is 6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to cook and eat in. The Dining room area table accommodates up to 6 people. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes close by. The back patio has a BBQ grill and there is a duck pond surrounded by beautiful trees and walking paths.
