In 12 minutes on foot you can reach the Moscova metro station, which reaches Piazza Duomo in less than 10 minutes. The space The apartment consists of: - Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed and TV. - Kitchen: habitable, it is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and dining table that can accommodate up to six people. - Bedroom: double room with double bed, walk-in closet and bedside tables. - Bathroom: windowless, equipped with toilet, shower, sink, and bidet. Services included: WIFI internet, central heating and air conditioning. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment is accessed with a code. Other things to note FOR EACH BOOKING, THE DOUBLE BED WILL BE MADE BUT NOT THE SOFA BED (WE SIMPLY LEAVE THE LINEN IN THE APARTMENT); PLEASE WRITE TO US IF YOU PREFER THAT THE SOFA BED BE MADE UP UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. Upon check-in, we will need to register each guest's details for legal purposes only, so you will be required to show a valid ID. Please note that the property does NOT have a reception; check-in times must always be agreed directly with the property, and in any case not before 3:00 p.m. and no later than 9:00 p.m. The apartment has a self check-in system with a key box, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you with on the day of arrival. To receive this code, you must first fill out an online form with your data and pay the Accommodation Tax.
