The space Welcome to our Gloucester Street retreat, featuring a comfortable one-bedroom, one-bathroom space. The ground floor includes an open kitchen, living, and dining area that connects to a private courtyard. There's a spacious sofa bed to accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a practical desk. The roomy bathroom has a tiled shower, heated towel rail, and a heated bidet toilet. For your convenience, we've added a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like a rice cooker, steamer, oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. If you prefer dining out, you're just a short walk away from New Regent Street, The Terraces, and Cashel Street Mall, offering plenty of dining options. Guest access Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Free street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. City Noise - Please note this is an inner-city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. Other things to note Upper floors are accessible via stairs only. This property does not come with any car parking. Please use Gloucester street where you will find free, untimed parking options. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you'll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people walking by, cars passing, and the occasional siren. Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case.
